De ja vu

We made it into the local paper...look familiar to anyone? Gracie did the same field trip 3 years ago. Always fun!

I have been doing a little Joy Preschool with Aeva. 6 moms in my ward and 6 kids all Aeva's age have been taking turns teaching these tiny little tikes. For some reason, the month of May turned into field trip mania. We hadnt' done too many field trips up until that point.

Anyway, I decided to take them to Pizza Man in North Ogden for a little pizza making fest. I did this with Gracie's preschool and they had a blast. This year was even better! Yummy food and tons of cute little smiles.

Hiding in front of the boxes. I kept waiting for them to tip over on their heads. No such luck.

The HUGE mixer! I have a hand mixer at my house. Not even in the same category as this thing.

The cute pizza maker hats. Aeva had flour on her lip from watching the mixer go round and round.

They are now ready for the Iron Chef try outs.

So cute...how can you pass up snapping a few pictures of that smile (even if her eyes do disappear)?

Warming up with a few breadstick twists. Pretty funny to watch. Apparently 3 and 4 year olds have a hard time twisting one hand and not the other. They would twist both hands in the same direction and nothing would happen. Then, with a little perseverance...they got it.

On to the pizzas! Aeva placed ONE pineapple and ONE piece of ham on her pizza just because she could. Then, she had me take them off when it was time to eat the pizza. Funny girl.

I get the feeling that she is quite pleased with herself.

Now for a little taste test by the judges. Thumbs up all around.

This is Sandra. She was our Master Chef. She was great with the kids. We are lucky to have such awesome places that let little kids have experiences like this. Very cool and absolutely free! How can you beat that? Pizza Man is awesome!

Ta Da!

A little advertising... Now we are off to the park!

The sun didn't come out for our little expedition but no one seemed to mind. Long live pizza!
