Hayzlie Jo's Blessing

Hayzlie Jo had her blessing. The girls couldn't wait to see her again. She lives a little too far away to see her very often. She looked beautiful and seems to have a very proud dad.

She slept through the whole thing.

After they got to play with Kohl.  They hadn't seen him in a while either.

My girls LOVE babies and little kids. I have a feeling that I might be surrounded by several grandchildren one day.  Fine by me.

Daddy Daughter Trap Shoot

The YW in our ward had a daddy daughter outing.  They had dinner and went trap shooting.  A first for most of them.

A little rifle safety lesson.

Our cheerleaders.

Troy pretending to teach Maddie about guns...Maddie appears to be listening to Rachel, our off duty police officer instead.  We will have to let Troy do his rifle safety lesson at home a little later.

Maddie is left eye dominant but shoots right handed.  She is also quite blind without her glasses/contacts.  Nevertheless, she was able to hit the clay pigeon.  Doesn't matter that she was 1 for 5, right?  Good thing we don't depend on hunting for our food.

We ended with our fearless YW leader, Lisa as the final shot.

Fun group of girls and lots of amazing dads.  Makes me smile.

Justin is 37

My "little" brother, Justin, has made it to 37.  We decided to reward him on his birthday with his first "stick on" tattoo.  What do you think?

Mom and dad should be so proud.  Happy birthday, bro.

Real Salt Lake Soccer

We go to go to 4 Real Salt Lake games this season. So fun to watch them play.

Photo bombed.

Goodbye, to the stadium...and the traffic!

See you all next year!
