Girl's got to join their cousins at the trout farm. 

 They are not routine fisherwomen but I think they had a good time!

Now do we have to eat them?

Gracie's 1st Temple Trip

For Gracie's 12th birthday, she wanted to go to the temple to do baptisms. Easy enough!

We took all the names we had found in our Family History class and went to work!

An awesome day for an extraordinary 12 year old girl!  Love you, Gracie!

Hot Body vs Tacos

These are the kind of texts I get from my husband.

The struggle is real because the taco truck lives very close to Troy's work.

But...more importantly, after 17 years of marriage, he still makes me laugh every single day.  Blessed.

Can I feed it to Axle?

What do you do with the extra hamburger? Aeva decided Axle should have it.  

We walked across the lawn and she placed it on his nose.

He downed it in a single gulp which Aeva was very impressed with.

Then...the slobber removal onto the grass.  That's my girl...no slobber for us.

You're welcome, Axle.  Thank Aeva...it was her idea.

6th Grade Graduation - Gracie

See that cute girl in the middle of the chaos?  That's my Gracie.

She's a little bit excited to be graduating from elementary school and moving on to junior high but she's trying to hide it.

She followed in her fathers and sisters foot steps and received the Hope of America award.  I'm sure it must not have existed when I was a 6th grader.  I would have got it for sure, right?  Maybe I just can't remember.  I'd hate to be the only one left out of the club.

This is the "Mom, quit taking pictures and cheering face".  It didn't work...I'm hard to keep quiet.

Hilarious...the boys still haven't hit their growth spurts.

This is the face I got when I yelled, "Go Haun!  Hoo, Hoo, Hoo (you know, Gorilla Style)!"
