School has begun again. We missed back to school night (too busy playing soccer) so we decided to have a back to school morning. We headed over to the school to find classrooms and meet teachers. Apparently the theme for the year is, "Find your Super Hero Within." Aeva's teacher gave her this very cool Super Hero mask to wear.
Needless to say, it stayed on for days and days.
At one point, a cape was added and she could then fly throughout the house. Pretty amazing what a black piece of plastic can do to a 6 year olds confidence level.
The girls ride their bikes to school. Here they are...ready to go.
This is Aeva's first year going to school for a full day. Pretty excited. She also learned how to ride her bike without training wheels and was ready to ride to school with all of the big kids.
Go Superheroes!
