Troy and Garrett seem to make their way down to a Ute's game every Fall. I think they enjoy the excuse to go and find some yummy grub.
I have no idea why Troy took this picture. apparently these people went to the game dressed up. He knew who they were impersonating. I am hopeless when it comes to figuring out who they might be.
