Sammy

Maddie has an awesome 6th grade class pet. His name is Sammy.

He is a cute little bird that gets to come home with the kids on the weekends.

He seemed attracted to Troy initially.

But then changed his mind (see left shoulder).

 Twice (see right shoulder of jacket).  Troy laughed when he saw that Sammy had pooped on my coat.  He was then informed that it was actually his coat.  Funny, funny.

He helped Aeva with her homework.

He visited with Grandma Rett.

He loved sitting on all hooded heads.

And brought smiles to everyone around him.

He eats more snacks than we do.

Gives lower back massages.

And LOVES popcorn...a bird after my own heart.  

We had an amazing weekend with our new favorite bird.  Thanks for coming, Sammy.  We hope you will come again!
